At Groente Boer, we take pride in our handmade artisan sauces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Product Quality Guarantee
All our products are made fresh with natural ingredients and no preservatives. We carefully inspect each item before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our homemade products, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Product arrives damaged or spoiled
- Incorrect item received
- Product defect or quality issue upon arrival
Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Please Whatsapp us on 0796508019 for quick action.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products past their use-by date
- Products not stored according to our refrigeration requirements
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products
