Shipping Policy

At Groente Boer, we're committed to delivering our handmade preserves, pickles, and chutneys to you in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email or a Whats App from us (+27796508019) once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are a standard R79.00 per order on max 8 items. Packaging equals to plus minus 6 - 10 kg. Individual orders to the value of R499.00 - R1000.00 will be shipped off on the cost of the supplier "Groente Boer" to any valid PUDO Locker/Kiosk address. Orders to the value of 24/48/72 bottles will be quoted by a Courier company and the quote will be sent to the client for acceptance or rejection. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring your products arrive safely.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location within South Africa:

Major cities: 2-5 business days
Regional areas: 5-7 business days
Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Product Care During Transit

All products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage. Products should be stored in a cool dry place and will last 12 months. However, please note that our preserves should be refrigerated once opened.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email or a Whats App message to your provided cell no so you can monitor your delivery.
