We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Product Care and Storage

Our handmade preserves, pickles, and chutneys contain no preservatives and must be in a cool dry place and can last for 12 months. Once opened, products should be consumed within 3 weeks for optimal quality. We are not responsible for products that have not been stored properly after delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Groente Boer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
